We belief that the character of a person determines their worth as an employee, not their history. That’s why we are willing to hire anyone in spite of their background. If you haven’t worked in years, are going through a total life breakdown, or have other circumstances that have stopped your from working, we’ll still hire you if you can live the Unf*ck Your Stuff mission.

We do junk differently

Every single item that can be reused, up-cycled, donated, or otherwise kept out of the landfill is put back into use.

We are community oriented

We offer junked items for free and at a low-cost for low-income members of the greater Philadelphia community using local buy-nothing and marketplace groups.

we’re not just in it for the money

Unf*ck Your stuff is a non-profit, meaning that all excess profit in addition to our expenses goes towards future projects like low-income housing, other non-profit businesses, food pantries and more. We also pay a living wage to all of our employees.
